Aquiller is a business user tool that enables documents to be assembled from content blocks with codeless business logic to determine what to include or exclude.
The templates are assembled and merged with SAP data to generate a finalized document in PDF format, ready for print, e-mail, archive and saving back to the SAP system. This enables organizations to rapidly respond to changing business demands, whilst maintaining an auditable and manageable portfolio of documents.

Dynamic Template Creation
Design content fragments and assemble into templates
Use Content Builder to create content blocks directly or paste from MS Word. Add SAP variables and conditional logic to include or exclude content blocks.
Use Letter Assembler to build templates from content blocks, and add settings for print, email and storage.
Triggering Correspondence
Letters can be triggered manually or automatically
Select employees individually or en masse, select the letter template and send. Aquiller merges the template with SAP data, and presents the letter to the user for optional editing. Finalised letters can be printed, sent by email, and saved to the SAP database.
